Roblox has a dedicated moderation team that reviews reports around the clock. Use the in-platform Report tool whenever you see harassment, inappropriate content, scams, or any rule-breaking. Reports are anonymous to the person you report.
Report a player inside a game
- Press Esc to open the Roblox menu.
- Click the Report tab.
- Pick the user from the list and choose a reason.
- Add a short description of what they did, then submit.
Report a profile or message
- Open the user's profile.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right.
- Choose Report Abuse, pick a reason, and submit.
Report a game
On a game's page, scroll down to the Report Abuse link. Use it for games that contain rule-breaking content. Moderators review games separately from players.
What happens next
Reports are reviewed by Roblox staff, not other players. You won't get a personal update — that's intentional, to protect both sides. If the report leads to action, moderation takes care of it without involving you further.
Block while you wait
Reporting doesn't immediately remove someone from your game. After you report, also block the user from their profile so they can't message, follow, or join you.
